As you approach, you will encounter several small muddy craters dotting the landscape you will first encounter the larger, dormant mud volcanoes that have graced the landscape for ages. These craters are formed by the release of natural gases from decaying organic matter beneath the Earth’s surface, gradually pushing the mud upwards.

While the sight may not be particularly spectacular at all times, with dried mud and small bubbling puddles often dominating the scene, the true beauty lies in the serene ambience and the abundance of surrounding nature and wildlife. The Mud Volcano offers a peaceful retreat amidst lush greenery, inviting you to wander through the 41 active muddy craters and marvel at the wonders of the natural world. Information and notice boards are strategically placed to enhance your understanding of this captivating phenomenon. To ensure your comfort, eco-friendly bamboo seating facilities and rustic seats made from fallen tree logs have been thoughtfully arranged for you to relax and immerse yourself in the surrounding beauty before bidding farewell to this enchanting place.
